Appointments and Estimates
Estimates follow a visit to the property and reflect what we can see at that time. Hidden conditions found once work starts, such as damaged or non-standard wiring in the walls, can change the scope and price, and we talk any change through with you before continuing. Appointments are confirmed when we agree a time with you by phone.
